Where settings live

Nux has no settings web page. Every preference below is changed inside the chat app you connected from — run /settings on Telegram, or send settings on LINE, to open the same picker described here. Changes take effect immediately and apply only to your own connected account.

Default metric

The metric campaign and flow reports use for conversions and revenue. Unlike the preferences below, this has no fixed list of options — the picker is built from your own connected account's metrics, with a search for accounts with many of them. Left unset, Nux auto-detects a “Placed Order” metric on your account as the default.

Timeframe

The default reporting window for commands that don't take an explicit date range.

• last_7_days — Last 7 days
• last_30_days — Last 30 days
• last_90_days — Last 90 days
• last_12_months — Last 12 months (default)

Alert sensitivity

Two settings control when a campaign-completion alert fires. Alert delay is how long Nux waits after a campaign sends before checking its numbers:

• 10 — 10 minutes
• 30 — 30 minutes
• 60 — 1 hour (default)
• 120 — 2 hours

Deviation threshold is how far a campaign's open, click, bounce or spam rate must move from your account's own rolling baseline before it's worth a notification (see the guide and /baseline for what the baseline is):

• 10 — 10%
• 15 — 15%
• 20 — 20% (default)
• 30 — 30%
• 50 — 50%
• off — disables deviation alerts; the absolute bounce and spam thresholds below keep running

Bounce & spam

Absolute-rate thresholds, independent of your baseline — the only alert protection an account has until it accumulates enough sent campaigns to have one. Bounce threshold:

• 1 — 1%
• 3 — 3% (default)
• 5 — 5%
• 10 — 10%
• off — disabled

Spam complaint threshold:

• 0.05 — 0.05%
• 0.1 — 0.1% (default)
• 0.5 — 0.5%
• 1 — 1%
• off — disabled

Daily digest

An optional once-a-day summary, off by default. When turned on, it sends at a chosen time in a chosen timezone. Time:

• 07:00
• 09:00 (default)
• 12:00
• 17:00
• 20:00
• or a custom time you type in

Timezone:

• UTC (default)
• Sydney
• New York
• Los Angeles
• London
• Berlin
• or a custom IANA timezone name you type in

Disconnecting

Run /disconnect on Telegram or send disconnect on LINE. This deletes your stored tokens and preferences and revokes the grant at Klaviyo — see Privacy Policy for what is deleted and Terms of Service for the rest.
