Getting started
Connect Klaviyo to Nux and run your first campaign report in about three minutes.
1. Install
Two ways in, same result. From Klaviyo's App Marketplace: install Nux, authorize the connection, and you land on a claim page with a button — tap Open Nux in Telegram to jump straight into a chat with the bot, or, if you're on LINE, add the Nux account as a friend and send it the short code the claim page shows you. From chat first: open Nux on Telegram or LINE and send /connect (Telegram) or connect (LINE) directly — no marketplace visit required.
2. Connect Klaviyo
Either path lands you on Klaviyo's own consent screen, listing eight read-only permissions: accounts, campaigns, profiles, events, lists, metrics, flows and segments. Nux never asks for write access to anything. If you decline, you're returned to Nux with nothing connected — just send /connect again when you're ready.
3. Your first report
Send /last_campaign. The reply shows the campaign's name, status and send date, then recipients, opens and clicks (each with its rate), conversions and revenue attributed to the send, and a deliverability line with bounce rate, spam complaints and unsubscribes. The numbers come from Klaviyo's metric-aggregates endpoint, not Klaviyo's batch reporting API, so they're current rather than lagged.
4. Asking questions
Beyond the eighteen slash commands, you can just type a question in plain English — no slash needed, e.g. “how did my last campaign perform?” or “what's my top segment by size?”. Nux answers using the same read-only Klaviyo access as the commands. Send /help any time for the full command list.
5. Turning on alerts
Send /alerts on and Nux checks each campaign's numbers once your configured delay has passed since it sent — 1 hour by default, 10 minutes to 2 hours in /settings — comparing them against your account's own history. Send /baseline to see that yardstick — the recent campaigns it's averaged from and how many you have on file — and use /settings to change how sensitive alerts are. A daily digest is a separate, independent preference in the same menu — on, off, or running alongside per-campaign alerts; /status shows both states at once.
Troubleshooting
“That link has already been used or has expired” (LINE: “That code…”) — marketplace claim links are single-use and time-limited. Send /connect to start a fresh connection. Uninstalled from Klaviyo's side? Nux notices on the next command you run and tells you you're disconnected rather than showing stale data — reconnect the same way. Not sure what's on? Send /status for your current alert state, digest schedule and recent processed campaigns. Still stuck? Email [email protected].
