Terms of Service
The terms you accept by connecting a Klaviyo account to Nux.
1. The service
Nux is a read-only analytics bot for Telegram and LINE. It reads a Klaviyo account you connect and reports on it — campaigns, flows, segments, lists, profiles and deliverability — inside the chat platform you use it from. Nux does not send campaigns, edit flows, create profiles or otherwise write to your Klaviyo account.
2. Your account
You must have the authority to connect the Klaviyo account you link — your own, or one you are authorised to grant access to. One Telegram or LINE identity holds one connected Klaviyo account at a time; switching to a different account means disconnecting the current one first.
3. Klaviyo access
Connecting Nux grants eight read-only OAuth scopes: accounts:read, campaigns:read, profiles:read, events:read, lists:read, metrics:read, flows:read and segments:read. There is no write scope and no write path in the code. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and refreshed automatically without you needing to reconnect. Revoking Nux's access from inside Klaviyo is not detected instantly — Nux has no webhook for it, so it notices reactively, the next time a command tries to use the connection — but from that point on you are treated as disconnected rather than shown stale data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not resell or sublicense access to Nux, run automated scraping against the bot in place of using Klaviyo's own API, or attempt to access another tenant's connected account or data.
5. Availability
Nux is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. The service, its commands and its feature set may change or be withdrawn at any time.
6. Liability
Nux is provided with no warranty of any kind. Figures are reported from Klaviyo's own API and are not a substitute for Klaviyo's own reporting — when the two disagree, Klaviyo is the source of truth.
7. Termination
Running /disconnect on Telegram or sending disconnect on LINE deletes your stored tokens and revokes the grant at Klaviyo. Either side may terminate the connection at any time, for any reason.
8. Changes
Changes to these terms are published on this page with the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
